Buying a holiday caravan at Prestwick Holiday Park might just be the best decision you ever made. It can be your ‘happy place’, a bolthole to which to escape to make holidays in our beautiful part of the world. Service fees are in bands, based on the age of the Caravan (due 10th January).

• 1 to 6 years: £2,721
• 6 to 11 years: £2,798
• 11 to 16 years: £2,949
• 16 plus years: £3,026

Calor Gas bottles are sold by The Park. Bottled gas from another source is not permitted. Each refill of propane gas 47 kg is £105, and a 19 kg is £45.

We can deliver these to you Monday to Friday at 4.30 pm, if advised by 3pm. (No more than two bottles per caravan). Only Calor Gas cylinders can be refilled.

It is a legal requirement that you have Insurance (£220 approx.) and a Gas Safety check (£65 approx.). There are several companies who do this, ask the office if you need some assistance.

All holiday home sales & purchases are arranged through the office. A Sales transfer fee of 15% plus VAT, on resale of used Holiday Homes, to be settled by the outgoing customer.

Disconnection & removal to suitable area for transfer: £750

Open Season: 1st of March to 31st of October

Closed Season: Winter Weekends (Friday 12 noon - Monday 12 noon).
